What We Do ?

We are mainly engaged in the field of manufacturing various types of CNC based precision machined components, Fuze assemblies, primers, Mortar Training devices and other sub assemblies for Indian Ordnance Factories. We also manufacture pressure and gravity die-castings, press components and other metal parts for electrical & engineering industries.

Currently our main emphasis is on defence market. However, we are well equipped and prepared to serve other sectors like railways, telecommunication, electric & electronic and general engineering Industries. Our manufacturing plans consist of tailor made products as per customers drawings & specification.

We always insist on flawless design of process engineering, selection of quality raw materials, confirming to IS & other international standard as per customer’s specification, good workmanship and quality control at every stage of our manufacturing process.

We ensure that raw materials, manufactured components, sub contract services and surface treatments are completed exactly to customer’s specifications. Full standard QC documentation and material traceability are provided to suit customers requirement.

Alcast review quality performance on a quarterly basis and also review continual improvement and is well monitored. We also do stock management by inventory control to reduce cost, provide complementary services to maintain competitive edge over our competitors.
