Die Casting

We manufacture Aluminium and Zinc Alloy Pressure & Gravity Die Castings. Our superior quality and high performance die casting components required for arms & ammunitions are being supplied regularly to various Ordnance Factories in the country. We also cater to electrical equipment & business machine manufacturer for their pressure die cast components requirement.

Casting is done in a very controlled environment to avoid any contamination in the bath during melting. Each & every heat melt is being tested on Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer to check the harmful element in the melt to take the remedial action on the spot.

We also feature in house tool design and construction of dies along with casting and secondary machining capabilities. We also offer value added secondary operation from vertical and horizontal CNC machining, surface coating to assembly, packaging and shipping.

Conventional Machine Shop

While CNC milling and CNC turning is typically the preferred manufacturing method for most small, medium and large production requirements, manual milling and turning remains an effective method for the production of prototypes and new products for development and test.

In addition to our comprehensive suite of CNC mills and lathes, ALCAST has a large range of manual lathes, milling, drill machines of different capston automates ranges and many more, which are operated by our team of highly experienced operators. We are able to produce new or modified components extremely quickly, which is often essential for the rapid development and test of new components.

Our in-house design team often utilize manual milling and turning to manufacture prototype parts during the development of new products for external clients. This allows rapid product development in much quicker timeframes than could be achieved with separate design and manufacturing locations.

Apart from this, our machine shop provide spares and repair capability ensuring that our other product line do not disturbed.

Press Shop

We have the facilities of manufacturing a wide area of sheet metal components and providing cutting services. Our press shop is well equipped with Power Presses ranging from 5 Ton to 100 Ton capacity. Apart from this, we also have pneumatic & hydraulic presses of different range to manufacture small press components to a large size sheet metal work. Our products are mainly used in house for various assemblies which we manufacture for defence.

However, we are looking for new clients to serve them with our competitive offer. We can manufacture sheet metal components of all grade of raw material like mild steel, stainless steel, Aluminium and brass in diverse sizes, shapes, models, finishes and other related specifications as per the customer requirement.

Assembly Section

We have a well equipped and skilled assembly department. Our dedicated assembly facility ensures that we can deliver a complete range of value added products. We are able to handle very complex assemblies in short and medium production runs. The workforce and machineries used to produce the products are stationary along the line and the product moves through the cycle, from start to finish.

We have a well equipped tool room for manufacture of Die Tools, Jigs & Fixtures, Gauges etc. for our in house use. This section is self sufficient to take care of all maintenance job of all manufacturing sections.

Surface Treatment

Most of the product which we manufacture are followed by surface coating for corrosion resistance. Alcast have an extensive line of metal finishing facilities like Anodizing Chromate Passivation, multiple type of electro plating, phosphating, lacquering, painting etc.

We also established in house testing laboratory to ensure about the quality surface treatment with multiple tests and provide our customers with best of quality.

Packing & Shipping

Shipping and receiving is an important part of the process of supplying high-quality components on time. Our shipping department co-ordinates both incoming and out-going product, including our outsourcing needs. Getting our product to our customers in undamaged condition is our highest priority. Depending on the size and weight of the parts, we custom design our packing Boxes to meet the needs of each individual product.
